Chuck Muncie the first New Orleans Saint runninback to reach 1000 yards

Many believe that Chuck Muncie could have been one of the greatest running backs in New Orleans Saints History if not NFL History had it not been for for attitude and discipline problems.


Despite his negatives, he is still the first Saint to rush for a thousand yards in a season. In 1979 he rushed for 1198.
