Ricky Williams

Thanks to the obsession of head coach Mike Ditka, Ricky Williams entered the NFL amidst of storm of contraversy and under an enormous amount of presure when the entire 1999 draft was dealt so the Saints could pick him with the precious #1 pick of that year's draft.

Despite being the first Saint to have consecutive 1000 yard rushing seasons, after 3 seasons and the addition of Deuce McAllister, Ricky was traded to the Miami Doplphins. And while having a somewhat "colorful" time with the Dolphins, Ricky had a long and productive career scoring over 50 touchdowns and rushing for over 6400 yards. He finished after the 2011 season with Baltimore.
