Dalton Hilliard rushed for 4050 yards and 44 touchdowns during his career at LSU and was a second round draft pick of the Saints in 1986.
He was also the fourth Saint runner to gain over 1000 yards when he rushed for 1262 yards in 1989. That same year he led the NFL in scoring touchdowns with 18. His 4164 career rushing yards is still #4 on the All-Time New Orleans Saints Career Rushing list behind Deuce McAllister, Mark Ingram and George Rogers.
